SUPERINTENDENT PROJECT MANAGER : STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO : NOW HIRING


  • 3-5 years of roofing experience overseeing and coordinating flat roof, steep slope, and low slope roof projects.
  • Leading and managing crew leads for multiple projects.
  • Manage project and material schedules.
  • Organization skills including project documentation using cell phone, tablet, software, and apps.
  • Follow and quality control from beginning to end of projects.
  • Oversee and manage punch-list completion.
  • Clear verbal and written communication ability.
  • Adhere to OSHA and company-specific safety guidelines.
  • Self-driven individual who works well independently as well as within a team.

We are seeking candidates with 3 years of roofing experience overseeing and coordinating flat roof, steep slope, and low slope roof installation.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing multiple crews and projects while ensuring quality, on-schedule installation of roofing systems.
  • Track and report on project progress to managers and clients. Escalate issues when appropriate. Work with integrity, cooperation, and a customer service mindset at all times.
  • Manage job sites, including equipment and materials.
  • Conduct safety meetings and ensure all OSHA and company-specific safety guidelines are understood and followed; correct PPE gear used at all times.
  • Possess strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve field application problems.
  • Track daily man hours worked and project accurately documented.
  • Ensure job sites are clean and secure at the end of each day. 
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
  • A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. Please note that Revelation maintains a drug-free workplace.
  • This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours each week.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years minimum of roofing, construction, and customer service experience.

Ideal applicants will have a strong expertise in flat, steep slope, and low slope roofing systems; as well as a comprehensive knowledge of leading materials, their benefits, and manufacturer warranties.

  • Responsibilities include managing all customer service aspects for local clientele, from initial meetings and lead generation to sales completion and project closure, while ensuring the accuracy of data at every level.
  • Successful candidates will build relationships across all levels, both with colleagues and clients, providing thorough, organized reports on customer needs, progress, and issues to be included in daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and consistent, clear communication with clients, vendors, and team, in all circumstances. A strong understanding of and commitment to Revelation's safety policies, including adherence to OSHA standards, is essential.
  • Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and document roof inspections. Proficiency with software and technology for client and project management, including the MS Office suite, is a must.
  • Above average ability and history using software and technology for client and project management, as well as MS Office suite.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
  • A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. Please note that Revelation maintains a drug-free workplace.
  • This is a full-time position, necessitating a minimum of 40 in-office / client site hours each week.
