  • 3-5 years of roofing experience overseeing and coordinating flat roof, steep slope, and low slope roof projects.
  • Leading and managing crew leads for multiple projects.
  • Manage project and material schedules.
  • Organization skills including project documentation using cell phone, tablet, software, and apps.
  • Follow and quality control from beginning to end of projects.
  • Oversee and manage punch-list completion.
  • Clear verbal and written communication ability.
  • Adhere to OSHA and company-specific safety guidelines.
  • Self-driven individual who works well independently as well as within a team.

Revelation Roofing is seeking an experienced Service Crew Lead to oversee and perform a variety of residential and commercial repair projects throughout Grand County. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of roofing or construction experience, along with prior leadership experience managing crews and job sites.


The Service Crew Lead is responsible for the safe, efficient coordination and expert execution of service projects, including:

  • Roof repairs
  • Gutter repairs and installations
  • Skylight repairs and installations
  • Lap and metal siding repairs
  • Deck repairs
  • Other exterior service, maintenance, and repair projects


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a multi-person crew while maintaining a safe, productive work environment.
  • Complete projects on schedule while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Track service projects and provide daily status updates to supervisor.
  • Escalate project issues or concerns when appropriate.
  • Maintain integrity, teamwork, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset at all times.
  • Manage job site safety, equipment, materials, and project cleanup.
  • Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Apply strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, tools, and construction techniques.
  • Accurately track labor hours and document all repair work performed.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of roofing and/or construction experience.
  • Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
