ROOFING SUPERINTENDENT must have:
- 3-5 years of roofing project management, or superintendent experience.
- Expert knowledge overseeing and coordinating flat roof, steep slope, and low slope roof projects.
The ideal SUPERINTENDENT will have:
- Proven history of leadership to manage crews, safely, for multiple projects.
- Manage project and materials schedules.
- Strong organization skills including project documentation using cell phone, tablet, software, and apps.
- Follow through from project kick-off to close, ensuring quality control each step of the way.
- Oversee and manage punch-list timeliness, providing the highest quality of work.
- Ease of verbal and written communication with co-workers, vendors, and clients.
- Candidate must be self-driven to work independently as well as within a team, reporting to supervisors.
