SUPERINTENDENT PROJECT MANAGER : STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO : NOW HIRING


  • 3-5 years of roofing experience overseeing and coordinating flat roof, steep slope, and low slope roof projects.
  • Leading and managing crew leads for multiple projects.
  • Manage project and material schedules.
  • Organization skills including project documentation using cell phone, tablet, software, and apps.
  • Follow and quality control from beginning to end of projects.
  • Oversee and manage punch-list completion.
  • Clear verbal and written communication ability.
  • Adhere to OSHA and company-specific safety guidelines.
  • Self-driven individual who works well independently as well as within a team.

ROOFING FOREMAN : STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO : NOW HIRING


  • 3 years of roofing experience overseeing and coordinating flat roof, steep slope, and low slope roof installation.
  • Oversee the installation or repair of roofing systems.
  • Track and report on project progress to managers and clients.
  • Manage job sites, including equipment and materials.
  • Conduct safety meetings and ensure all OSHA and company-specific safety guidelines are followed.
  • Possess strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve field application problems.
  • Track daily man hours worked.
  • Ensure job sites are clean and secure at the end of each day.
