About Revelation Roofing

Rafael began his career in Miami, FL in the wine and spirits industry and quickly rose to become the Vice President of a company out of New York City. In 2023, Rafael decided to try a new industry and started with Revelation Roofing. His attention to detail and customer service is taken straight from his days in Hospitality and the Wine and Spirits industry. Rafael uses is longtime experience serving on HOA boards and his own experience renovating homes and managing projects to help guide his teams. Rafael is an avid snowboarder, hunter, and wine collector. He enjoys spending time with his two dogs and his wife entertaining friends and being outdoors.

With more than 6 years of project estimating and management, Kenn has an acuity for breaking down the complexities of a project scope into manageable, quantifiable, ordered steps. Kenn’s expertise lies and excels in the commercial roofing industry involving project analysis, planning, and organization. Leverages technology to manage a fast-paced workflow for estimation and bidding, reviewing blueprints and schematics, contract review and recommendations. Education and Certifications include:

Jimmy’s career began with Allstate working for the National Catastrophe Team in increasingly demanding roles over 13 years coordinating responses to the nation’s largest weather-related events. His extensive experience inspecting, documenting, and valuing commercial and residential properties for damage prompted his interest in the roofing and construction industries. The past 4 years, Jimmy has focused on the roofing structure needs of both businesses, multi-family properties, and residents of Routt and Grand Counties. Jimmy received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee. 

Marco has over 5 years of experience working with  Steep Slope shingles and Metal Roofs, and over 3 Years of experience on Low Slope EPDM roofs. Prior to joining Revelation Roofing, Marco built career experience in the industry with 8 years working in customer Service. Marco is dedicated to serving mountain communities with a focus on detail, relationships and superior work. Based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, this team deals extensively with snow retention systems for their projects.  Marco's licenses and degrees include a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Experienced roofing contractor and site supervisor having managed commercial, government and business projects of varying size. Plans, organizes, and oversees daily activities of multiple production crews. Performed roofing material inspections, safety review, maintaining accurate cost and labor hours records, measurement verification, operation of power tools, and heavy equipment. Diagnosed and identified sources of leaks, developing plans for repairs from total tear-offs to patchwork. Repaired and replaced roof membrane, sub roofing, sheathing and base materials.

With 18 years in the roofing industry, Kolby Wolf oversees the newest branch of Revelation Roofing, servicing all of Grand County. After starting his construction career working on renovating historic buildings in Yellowstone National Park, Kolby transitioned to the roofing industry, learning all types of residential and commercial roofing, completing over 400 projects in Bozeman, Montana. Kolby has an InterNACHI home inspectors certification and most recently obtained his Building-Analyst Certification. When not working, he can usually be found in the backcountry with his wife and three huskies, skiing or rock-climbing.

Within the BlueThread family of 8 companies and 650 employees, Gio has created, developed, finalized, and executed the safety program for the company and all its’ entities. Gio is fluent in English and Spanish, and earned a Bachelor of Science Safety, Health, and Environmental Applied Sciences, Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His previous experience as a safety leader includes: Senior Safety Coordinator for Holder Construction, Project Safety Manager for Flatiron Construction, Environmental, Health, & Safety Intern for Brandenburg Industrial Service Company.
